“Concerned as I think we all are about our stress levels and how it impacts our heath and the wellbeing of everyone we love, I attended Emma’s 45 min talk about stress management at our daughters’ school. It was a truly informative and enjoyable hour, where Emma, a fellow working mum, gave great tips and advice from a completely relatable place that felt warm and comfortable. The advice was great, especially the “bee breathing” which has already been a big hit at home.
