How It Works

During the discovery call we will discuss what you would like to get out of health coaching and whether you feel health coaching is for you.
I offer three main packages and within each of those packages there is flexibility as everyone is different and needs support and guidance in different ways.

First session for each package (75 minutes):

  • To understand your health history, what motivates you, what you want for the future and commit to one health goal to work on following this initial session

Reset (4 sessions)

You want to reset your health and need some individualised support, but don’t want to commit to more than 4 sessions.  You know you want to make changes, but you don’t know where to start.   
1-to-1 session either in person or remotely, once a week or once every two weeks.

Future 3 sessions (50 minutes):

  • Continue to work on your health needs creating a health goal at the end of each session.  We will explore your challenges and triggers that will lead to an increase in your self awareness
  • Empowered with evidence based techniques, I will support you towards making changes that you want for yourself
  • Gain clarity on what worked in the past and why, whilst also keeping a focus on your future health vision
  • Explore your motivations to set new health habits that stand the test of time
  • Develop goals that are achievable, that you will commit to and to which you will be accountable

Revive (8 sessions)

You want to properly address your health concerns.  We will get to the root cause of any health concerns you have; it could be anxiety, weight gain, gut issues, menopausal symptoms, joint pain, sleep issues or brain fog – we will work together to create a plan.   
1-to-1 session either in person or remotely, once a week or once every two weeks.

Future 7 sessions (50 minutes):

  • Continue to work on your health needs creating a health goal at the end of each session.  We will explore your challenges and triggers that will lead to an increase in your self awareness
  • Empowered with evidence based techniques, I will support you towards making changes that you want for yourself
  • Gain clarity on what worked in the past and why, whilst also keeping a focus on your future health vision
  • Explore your motivations to set new health habits that stand the test of time
  • Develop goals that are achievable, that you will commit to and to which you will be accountable
  • Build knowledge and confidence in your ability to set and implement goals that are not derailed by life’s obstacles
  • Create an individualised programme that is achievable and will help set new health habits for the future

Radiance (12 sessions)

You want to make health a priority so you can move forward with confidence and in the knowledge that you are taking control of your health for the long term.  More sessions will be an opportunity to delve deeper into your health history and observe, with an open mind, what is the root cause of your health concerns.   
1-to-1 session either in person or remotely, once a week or once every two weeks.

Future 11 sessions (50 minutes):

  • Continue to work on your health needs creating a health goal at the end of each session.  We will explore your challenges and triggers that will lead to an increase in your self awareness
  • Empowered with evidence based techniques, I will support you towards making changes that you want for yourself
  • Gain clarity on what worked in the past and why, whilst also keeping a focus on your future health vision
  • Explore your motivations to set new health habits that stand the test of time
  • Develop goals that are achievable, that you will commit to and to which you will be accountable
  • Build knowledge and confidence in your ability to set and implement goals that are not derailed by life’s obstacles
  • Create an individualised programme that is achievable and will help set new health habits for the future
  • Focus on changing the patterns in your life that have hindered your health to incorporate goals that will lead to improved health behaviours that are lasting
  • Understand what character strengths you have that will empower you to change the pattern of your life towards a radiant you, inside and out.
