Making Change Is Difficult – I Help You Find Your Motivation 

I understand that making the necessary changes isn’t easy.  Have you tried to change in the past but found willpower alone hasn’t been enough? 
I will help you find your motivation and, armed with this and alongside my knowledge of behavioural change and positive psychology, I will support you to make the changes that you want to make, however small or large.  We will form a partnership and I will help you discover your own reasons and determination to change.

I will support you to connect to your body and mind, through looking at your diet, movement, environment and relationships to see what changes, big or small, can be made to lead to the long-term health and radiance that you desire.  
I will guide you towards what you want your mind and body to feel like by making behavioural changes through specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound goals
